This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how AgriGold Fertilizers processes, packs and delivers orders. As fertilizers are bulk agricultural goods, freight, timelines and handling depend on order size, destination and product type.
1. Order Processing
- Confirmed orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability and batch testing.
- Large, bulk and export orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched only after payment terms agreed in your invoice or purchase agreement are met.
2. Packaging
Products are supplied in sealed, moisture-resistant bags with clear batch numbers and manufacturing/expiry details. Bulk consignments are palletised or loaded as per transport requirements to protect product integrity during transit.
3. Shipping & Freight
- We dispatch through reputed transport and logistics partners by road, rail or sea as appropriate to the destination.
- Freight charges, where applicable, are calculated based on weight, volume and delivery location, and are shown on your quotation or invoice.
- For certain dealer and bulk arrangements, ex-factory or FOR (Free on Road) terms may apply as agreed in writing.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Within Gujarat: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other states in India: typically 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on distance and route.
- Export orders: timelines depend on port, shipping line, documentation and customs clearance, and are confirmed per consignment.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by weather, transport availability, regional restrictions or other factors beyond our control.
5. Tracking & Documentation
On dispatch we share the relevant transport details (such as the lorry receipt, e-way bill or shipping documents). For export orders, all required commercial and regulatory documentation is provided as per the agreed Incoterms.
6. Delivery & Inspection
- Please inspect the consignment at the time of delivery and record any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Report any transit damage or shortage to us immediately, with photographs, so we can assist with a claim. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
AgriGold is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, transport disruptions, regulatory holds or port congestion. We will keep you informed and work to minimise any impact.
8. Export & Regulatory Compliance
All shipments comply with applicable fertilizer control, packaging, labelling and export regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product is permitted for import and use in their destination country and for any local duties or clearances.
