At AgriGold Fertilizers, your satisfaction and crop success are important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements or refunds may be requested. Because fertilizers are agricultural inputs sensitive to handling and storage, the following conditions apply.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if, on delivery, the product is:
- Damaged in transit (torn, punctured or leaking bags).
- Defective or showing signs of contamination or caking due to a manufacturing fault.
- Incorrect — a different product, grade or quantity than confirmed in your order.
- Received past its expiry or with tampered/missing batch labelling.
2. Conditions
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging with the batch number and invoice intact.
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging and batch label are required to process a claim.
- For transit damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and inform us immediately.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or applied to soil/crops.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, exposure to moisture, or mishandling after delivery.
- Custom-blended, private-label or special-order products, unless defective.
- Bulk orders, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, contact our support team with your order/invoice number, batch number and supporting photographs:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
5. Refunds
- Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For confirmed defects or incorrect dispatch, we will, at your option, replace the product or issue a full refund including return shipping.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, the return conditions above apply. Dealer and bulk orders are governed by the terms of the relevant purchase agreement.
